Charlie Puth reveals and explains new album title, "VoiceNotes"

Now that Charlie Puth has our “Attention,” he’s revealing the name of his sophomore album. The singer appeared on NBC's Today show Friday and announced that his album will be called VoiceNotes. Charlie explained the meaning of the title, saying, “The reason why is because every song -- I produced the whole album – every song came about from the VoiceNotes app on my iPhone.” Whenever he’d have an idea for a song, he’d record it on the app instead of writing down the notes. Then he’d flesh it out in the studio. Charlie revealed that at the end of…

Rolling in the (Bleep): Adele drops record-setting 44 F-bombs in one show

Adele has broken another record...but this one has nothing to do with album sales. In a personal best for the potty-mouthed singer, The Sun reports she dropped 56 swear words in one show. The record swearing took place on the first date of her Wembley stadium shows in London Wednesday, in front of an audience of 98,000. She let 44 f-bombs fly, used the word s*** seven times and used various other colorful language -- including "bastard" and "arse" -- five more times. Adele reportedly greeted the crowd by saying, “F*** me, I’ve never been so f****** scared in all…

Calvin Harris says relationship with Taylor Swift "clearly wasn't right"

Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift dated for over a year, but broke up last summer.  A few weeks after that, Calvin was upset when the news came out that Taylor had co-written his hit "This Is What You Came For" under a pseudonym, so he went after her on Twitter.  Looking back now, he says he should have kept his online mouth shut. Speaking to British GQ, the world's highest paid deejay says, "It was completely the wrong instinct. I was protecting what I see as my one talent in the world being belittled. It felt like things were piling…

OneRepublic speak “Truth to Power” in new song from climate change doc "An Inconvenient Sequel"

OneRepublic tackles climate change in their latest song, “Truth to Power.” The message-driven tune will be featured in the documentary, An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power, which hits theaters July 28. In a lyric video for the soulful song, images of people who have been affected by environmental disasters flash across the screen. That segues to clips of protests and the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference.  However, the video ends with images of hope. "Ten years later we are still talking about climate change,” frontman Ryan Tedder says in a statement, referencing the original documentary which came out in…

Adam Lambert doesn’t give “Two Fux” on provocative new single

Adam Lambert has released his provocatively titled new single, “Two Fux” -- that’s spelled “F-U-X.” As you can probably guess from the title, he’s giving a big middle finger to all of his haters. The lyrics tell the story of being different, and not caring what anyone else thinks. “If you think that what I do and how I live’s too much/I don’t really, really give two fux/If you think that what I say and what I give ain’t love/I don’t really, really give two fux,” the openly gay star sings on the chorus. He also talks about repping those…

ZAYN wants to sing about sex...but in a classy way

ZAYN's debut album Mind of Mine had its share of sexy songs, including the #1 hit "Pillowtalk."  But the singer says that while making his second album, he decided to leave off some songs he wrote because they were "a bit too…risqué." In a cover story for the U.K.'s Clash magazine, Zayn is asked if his sophomore album, like his first, will include a lot of baby-making music.  He laughs and says, "Maybe! Who knows! I hope people like to listen to it and do whatever they do -- they can listen to it and do normal activities too; they…
