Chainsmokers with Halsey, James Bay, Fifth Harmony and Shakira to Perform at AMAs

The list of performers at the upcoming American Music Awards continues to grow. The Chainsmokers and Halsey have been added to the bill, as have James Bay, Fifth Harmony and Shakira.  This will mark the AMA debuts of James, Fifth Harmony, Halsey and the Chainsmokers. Shakira's performed on the show before, but she'll be singing with Colombian artist Carlos Vives, who's making his AMA debut. Has Mariah Carey's Billionaire Fiance Called Off Their Engagement?

There may be trouble in Mariah Carey's paradise.  An Australian magazine reports that her fiance, Australian billionaire James Packer, has broken off the engagement. The magazine claims that Packer and Mariah had a falling out over her upcoming reality show, because he wasn't happy about the fact that she was willing to expose their private lives to the world.  In addition, the mag claims Packer didn't appreciate Mariah's "extravagant spending."  He's allegedly going to allow her to keep the multi-million dollar ring he gave her back in January. The Fray Talk Tour, Best-Of Album & Why They're Getting Credit for The Chainsmokers' "Closer"

The Fray are currently on tour in support of upcoming greatest hits album Through the Years: The Best of The Fray, due November 4.  They're also #1 on the Billboard pop chart.  Sort of. Judge Drops Two from Claim to Prince's Estate

When Prince’s estate is finally settled, there will be two fewer people collecting a piece of it. Carver County, MN, District Judge Kevin Eide on Wednesday excluded two would-be heirs from any further consideration, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.  Brianna and Victoria Nelson claimed they were entitled to a share because Prince referred to their father, Duane Nelson Sr., as his brother, because Prince’s father, John L. Nelson, treated Duane Nelson like a son. Looks like Mariah Carey won’t be performing in South America as planned. The singer has confirmed that her shows in Chile, Argentina and Brazil have been cancelled. The Weeknd Set to Debut Starboy Pop-Up Shops

The Weeknd is opening up Starboy pop-up shops November 4 - 6 in conjunction with the release of his latest album, Starboy.  The announcement, posted on Instagram, includes a link to the Grammy winner's online store, which features t-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, hats, socks and the artist's albums.     The digital version of Starboy also available to pre-order.   You can sign-up on Weeknd's website to get more information about the Starboy pop-up shops: so far, there is no information about which cities the stores will appear in or what times they'll be open.
