A Colorado man is in custody for a random attack on a shoveler in Marinette.
Johnathan Maxson was arrested of Arvada, Colorado was arrested in that state, after going over surveillance video from a nearby bank and bar.
Police say the 32-year-old started beating a man, while the victim was shoveling snow behind his house last month. The victim was treated at a hospital.
Police say Maxson was staying with a relative in Marinette, and he went back to Colorado.
