Bond is set at one-point-five million dollars cash for the teenager charged in the fatal Fox River Mall shooting. Dezman Ellis makes his initial appearance in Outagamie County Court on charges of First Degree Intentional Homicide and Reckless Endangerment. According to the criminal complaint, Ellis shot Jovanni Frausto to death in the mall food court following a fight over a girl back on January 31st. He was captured a few days later in Des Moines, Iowa. His next court date has not been set.
