An Outagamie County Sheriff’s deputy remains on advanced life support as he battles COVID-19. Channing Pompa has been at an out of state hospital receiving care since September 26th. He remains on a ventilator and is sedated–although his family is hopeful he may be brought out of that in a couple of weeks. Pompa patrols the town of Buchanan and the village of Combined Locks. His family does have a GoFundMe page to help cover his medical expenses.
