KAUKAUNA, Wis–The Kaukauna School Board approves the purchase of more land next to the high school. The district will spend $3.6-million dollars for 144-acres of farmland along County Highway CE south of the high school building.
Kaukauna School officials have not identified a specific use for the property–but the formal offer posted by the district hints at construction of a new school.
The school board also approves a resolution stating that a future referendum will be used to replace the funds earmarked for the purchase.
