APPLETON, Wis–Appleton’s next mayor will be getting a six-percent raise next year. A measure going before the Appleton Common Council this week would boost the mayor’s pay by $6,500 with the start of the new term in May to $113,00. That would be followed by 3% raises in each of the remaining three years of the term.

Appleton’s elected City Attorney will also receive a 6% pay increase next term to $147,000, followed by 3% increases the remaining three years of the term.
