Katie Schurk and Nick Vitrano will officially return to the airwaves on the new KISS FM morning show hosted by Otis Day on Monday, June 10th. After waiting out a lengthy non-compete clause, Katie and Nick are eager to reconnect with listeners across Northeast Wisconsin.
Katie said of the return to air:
“I just can’t wait to get back to doing something that I love, with people that I love. We can not thank everyone enough for the support through these frustrating 6 months, but it’s go time. It’s time to laugh with each other again, and we’ve got a lot of things to cover from these last six months off air. Monday morning at 5am cannot come soon enough.”
Nick agreed with Katie saying:
“I’m a grab bag of adjectives – excited, ecstatic, thrilled, elated, giddy,” said Vitrano. “It’s kind of ironic, actually – I feel like there isn’t much left to be said. It’s just time to go, and I can’t wait!”
Otis Day has hosted the show solo and brought on many amazing guest hosts as he eagerly awaited the addition of Katie and Nick.
Regarding the return of Katie and Nick, Otis said:
“Work isn’t work when your friends are with you. I can’t wait for my friends to finally be free. I, along with most of NE Wisconsin, have been waiting for this day for 6 long months. The wait is over. The fun starts soon! Let’s go!”
