NEENAH, WI — A Neenah Police officer is fired for possession of child pornography. In a news release issued Wednesday)afternoon, Police Chief Aaron Olson identified the officer as probationary Officer Owen Halls, who joined the department in March of 2024. Chief Olson says his office was alert to an Internet Crimes Against Children tip which named Halls as the suspect. The Neenah Police Department handed off evidence in this case to the Kaukauna Police Department, which executed mulitple search warrants. Those searches led to two counts of Possession of Child Pornography filed against Halls. No additional details are being released and the case remains under investigation.
