(GRAND CHUTE, WI) — The Grand Chute Fire Department keeps a balcony fire at an apartment building from spreading further into the structure. Firefighters were called to the Tri-Park Villas Apartments at 9:45 Tuesday morning. Upon arrival, firefighters found a second floor balcony in flames. The first crew on the scene managed to apply water and quickly extinguish the fire, which kept it contained to the exterior of the apartment building. Additional fire crews from Appleton went inside to ensure the fire did not spread into the attic area or other apartments. All residents were evacuated with help from Grand Chute Police officers. No injuries were reported.
