Google always has fun “Easter Eggs” hidden for people to find which can be fun, cute, random, and even useful. But the holiday season calls for a holiday easter egg! This one will keep the kids busy for a while. It might even keep the adults busy too because I’ve been messing around with it for the last 15 minutes straight instead of writing this article. Then again, I’m not a man-child, I’m young at heart!
This Christmas easter egg comes complete with a Santa Tracker for the kiddos, along with 30 more activities and games including Elf Maker and Ollie Under The Sea, watch videos such as Out Like A Light, Yule Log and Penguin Proof, and Santa Selfie (which let me give Santa a green beard and 2 mohawks).
Here’s what to do:
- Simply type “Christmas” or “Christmas Day” into Google’s search engine and hit enter.
- You’ll see a present bounce down from the top and landing in the upper left corner. Click it.
- Next, a giant hot air balloon will float up from the bottom with Santa waving, directing you to Google’s Santa Tracker!
Viola! Hopefully, that’ll keep the munchkins busy for a few minutes! Or at the very least, distract you from your own munchkins.
