GREEN BAY, Wis–A Green Bay woman is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 13-year old boy. Kaitlyn Skar is charged in Brown County Court with Repeated Sexual Assault of a Child and Child Enticement.
According to the criminal complaint, Skar had sexual contact with the boy multiple times after meeting through a family member and exchanging messages on social media. She faces up to 65-years in prison if convicted.
