A camera operator named Emilio Garcia has filed a workplace harassment lawsuit against Megan Thee Stallion. He claims that while in Ibiza in June 2022, she forced him to watch her have sex in a moving vehicle, and later intimidated him into not discussing it. “I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked. At kind of just be the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me,” Garcia told NBC News.
He also alleges that the rapper fat-shamed him during the trip, calling him a “fat bitch” and telling him to “spit your food out.” “To hear someone who advocates about loving your body tell me these things,” he said, “I felt degraded.” Garcia adds that he was treated differently after the trip, and given fewer assignments, until he was finally fired in June of 2023. He’s now seeking over six figures for unpaid wages and benefits.
Megan’s rep responded to the suit yesterday, “This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her,” attorney Alex Spiro told Page Six. “We will deal with this in court.”
